Room Bookings

If you wish to book a room for your sport, club, or society, please contact the Wolfson College Conferences & Events Office by email at . Rooms that may be booked include: the Roger Needham Room, the Gatsby Room and the Syndicate Rooms in the Chancellor’s Centre; Lee Hall; Plommer A and Plommer B; the Old Combination Room and the Seminar Room. Room bookings are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

Exceptions

The Lee Room, Sundial Garden, and Club Room are ordinarily considered communal space and cannot be booked through the Conferences & Events Office. If you wish hold an event in the Lee Room, Sundial Garden, or Club room, in the first instance, please contact the Domestic Bursar by email at to discuss.
